I work as a CRO, working out solutions and taking responsibility for implementation. I have worked all over Europe and also in the US.
I am part of the effort to create stability, plan for change, manage that change and improve performance. This includes both operational and financial restructuring. In preparing enterprises for re-growth or a transaction, I really do believe in an approach that supports management. There's enough anxiety and I have seen the debilitating effects of this over 28 years.
Many clients have had an international dimension and larger projects have delivered many millions for management teams and investors. All have started from difficult situations brought on by a lack of clarity.

I was made a Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround in 2002 for services to the restructuring industry. I am a director of Turnaround Management Association UK Ltd and was a Fellow of both the European Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals and the Chartered Institute of Bankers. I was also made a Freeman of the City of London.
