Originally a CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer), I now support boards through a Non-Executive approach or as an advisor.  I have worked all over Europe and in the US.  

My strengths are in situations where it is essential to calm nerves, build stability & liquidity, then plan for change.

 

Change is always a precursor to regrowth and this covers operational and financial changes or even restructuring. I really do believe in an approach that supports management. There's enough anxiety in the world and I have seen the debilitating effects of this over many years.

 

Many clients have had an international dimension and larger projects have delivered many millions for management teams and investors.  All have started from difficult situations brought on by a lack of clarity.
